Reviews and Ratings
Although the room lacked a mat and the washroom didn't have tubs despite my request for a quiet room before arrival, the hotel provided a cozy space for customers to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. The service was impeccable, especially thanks to Mr Mohammed Abud Elhady, who was exceptionally nice and helpful. However, the location, while near the metro, was challenging to find initially and had some noise disturbances. The dining experience, though not worth the price, could benefit from more variety in vegetarian dishes. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were excellent, with a huge comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom, but they were very dark with small windows that didn't offer any views. The service was a letdown overall, except for Mr Mohammed Abud Elhady, who was exceptionally helpful and kind. The location was convenient, being extremely close to the metro station, but the surrounding area could be noisy and unpleasant at times. The dining options were limited and not of the best quality. However, the facilities were satisfactory during my stay.
I found the hotel to be an interesting choice due to its unconventional room shapes, which added to the attractiveness of the stay. The rooms were nice, clean, and quite spacious, making for a comfortable experience. However, the service was lacking in efficiency and training, with slow check-ins and a need for more attentive guest care. The location, although a bit of a mix with disaster and superb aspects, was ultimately convenient and close to the metro station. The dining experience fell short with tasteless options and a lack of value for the price. Despite these downsides, the facilities were satisfactory, offering essential amenities for a decent stay.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were neat and clean, but the property feels a bit old. It's not the best choice for families with kids due to the bathroom condition. On the bright side, the room was spacious and perfect for a non-smoking preference.
The hotel rooms are big and comfortable, equipped with two bathrooms and two flat-screen TVs at a great price. However, the property is old, the rooms are too hot even with the AC on, and it may not be suitable for families with kids.
